Case #1: Kiwi: Intermittent Lameness
Over the course of four shoeings with the EponaShoe, Kiwi's hoof

With skilled trimming and taking advantage of the caudal support
offered by the EponaShoe, the heel support points are moved back,
and the heels expand somewhat. If you think this was done at the
expense of hoof-angle, look at the lateral radiographs -- the hoof
(as measured by the angle of P3) becomes more upright even as the
heel support is moved back and widened. Also, angulation of the
P1, P2 bones improved.
